After you have completed your general check-in, where you will receive name badges and meal wristbands for meals, you can then check your kids into the youth program in which they will be participating. Tables for each program will be set-up to meet you and your child(ren) as well as collect your program waiver.
PLEASE NOTE: we will not entertain any requests onsite to move your child up or down to a different youth program. The program leads are too busy on Saturday morning to have these in-depth conversations with parents. If you would like your child to attend a different program than the one based on their grade just completed, you MUST contact us at events@genderspectrum.org by Wednesday, July 6 at 5:00 pm.
We will then put you in touch with the appropriate program lead and they will decide if the switch will work. With any program changes, it is within the program lead's discretion whether to switch a child's program and/or to move them back to their original program. If at the end of the day Saturday, you realize your child would be better off in a different program, you may discuss this possible switch for Sunday by coming to the Information Center located in Delphine Lounge in Ferroggiaro Quad.
