Thank you for joining us for our 10th annual Gender Spectrum Conference! Look for conference updates or additional information in this space during the weekend.
Our weekend will begin with all adult attendees joining a home group with others in similar parenting or other supportive contexts. Groups will include those caring for children and youth of particular age groups (i.e. 5 and under, 6-8, 9-11, 12-14, and 15-19) as well as group for grandparents and one for professionals working with families and/or youth. These kick-off sessions are designed to allow conference attendees to make connections with others who may be facing similar challenges and asking similar questions. These will also be an opportunity for attendees to hear about programming that may be especially appealing to their situation. Our hope is that these initial home groups will help participants identify some friendly faces with which they can connect with during the course of the weekend. We will return to these groups in the afternoon on Sunday for a chance to share our learning and next steps as we get ready to leave the gathering and return home.
