High School Program
(Youth who have completed grades 9-12)

Middle School Program (
Youth who have completed grades 6-8)
  • Middle school aged youth will find an exciting mix of fun outdoor and indoor activities, along with interesting sessions for youth to learn more about themselves and their friends. Led by an amazing team of adults who love and appreciate the middle school mind, and designed specifically to meet its unique nature, this year’s middle grades program will balance opportunities to delve deeply into gender for those ready to take the plunge, while creating plenty of space for those less inclined to explore the topic and simply want to have fun with a great group of peers.
  • Activities will include options from improv to sports to nail art! Workshops will include options like "Fierce Self Love and Leadership" and "Checking the "Other" Box: Non-Binary Youth".  Workshops tailored to siblings and allies will also be offered. The weekend will be an opportunity for youth to build connections with their peers, explore gender, and just have fun in a safe and supportive setting!

4th/5th Program
(Youth who have completed grades 4-5)

  • Designed to meet the specific needs of upper elementary school students, our 4/5 crew will be exploring our personal paths through art projects, games, and a scavenger hunt. Our fast paced and interactive activities will provide opportunities to talk about gender and identity, allowing children to meet others with similar experiences and to participate at their own comfort level. This unique and engaging camp is designed to be a safe space for exploration and curiosity, while wearing out even the most energetic kids!

K – 3 Program
(Youth who have completed grades K-3)

  • Adventures abound at K-3 kids camp! We'll play in small and large groups, making adventure gear, creating imaginary worlds, and exploring the campus while making friends and creating tools for self expression and understanding along the way. Bring a water bottle, comfortable shoes, and get ready to explore!

Childcare and Pre-K Program
(for all children from birth to pre-K)

  • Gender Spectrum provides complimentary childcare for all youth who are not yet in Kindergarten. We ask that you please let us know in advance to so we can adequately prepare for our youngest conference attendees.

(Please sign up at The Conference Info Center located in Ferraggiaro Quad)

Once more, we are excited that we will be providing Conference Support Center services in a variety of areas: legal, spiritual care, medical, and mental health. This service allows for more personalized conversations with professionals and is designed to allow attendees to raise specific issues related to their family or context in a more private setting than workshop sessions allow.

This wonderful resource can be accessed by coming to the Conference Information Center and signing up for one of the appointment slots. When you make your appointment, conference staff will provide specific information for accessing the center. You can also simply take a stroll with one of the providers as well.

(Located in Women’s Resource Center in Mitty Hall)

Meet with legal staff from the Transgender Law Center to discuss specific questions, fill out paperwork, or otherwise explore the process for aligning your child’s gender identity with various identity documents (Identity Cards, Driver’s Licenses, Passports, Birth Certificates, etc.). The clinic will be open 10:15am - 6:00pm Saturday and 9:30am - 4:30pm Sunday.

(Located in Brother Cornelius Art Center)

Our facilitated open art studio environment is designed to make room for your creative expression during this weekend of learning, community building and resource gathering.  The non-judgmental, encouraging and process oriented space will provide a place that values your spontaneous, creative self-expression and is for both the artist and the not-so-artist- child, teen, adult, and families alike!  All you need is curiosity and an open mind.  All materials will be provided.  The studio will be used throughout the weekend by our various Youth Programs, and is also available to any adults and families who are inspired to stretch their creative muscles as well or simply looking for some artistic relief. We hope you will consider dropping in the Art Studio Saturday afternoon (1-2 PM) and Sunday afternoon (1:30-4) for some self care or to connect, create, and decompress!
